Directions from I-69 Exit 241, IN-332 E./ W. McGalliard Rd. Go 8.4 miles to N. Wheeling Avenue. Make a Right turn on N. Wheeling Avenue, go 1 mile to Delaware County Fairgrounds. Turn left. Enter the Delaware County Fairgrounds and follow the road to the Right to the Memorial Building. 

Vendors are in the Memorial Building

Train Layouts are in Heartland Hall

Main Entrance on the South side of the Memorial Building 

Vendors may enter Exit doors during setup times.
