Preserving Muncie & Delaware County's Railroad History

Yes, we accept donations of model train sets (any scale and condition). The Muncie Railroad Preservation Society can collect model train sets and railroad memorabilia in Muncie and the Delaware County area at no charge. Depending on the condition and scale, we can offer you the fair market value for your donation.  All donations will receive a Charitable Donation Receipt. Donations help to fund projects.

To become a Contributing Member as an Archivist or Historian, please contact us if you are interested. Contributing Members are involved in our historical research, helping to archive photos, and helping our organization. Contributing Members may attend our bi-monthly meetings. 

To become a Board Member, candidates are chosen based on their skill sets and experience.

The Muncie Railroad Preservation Society is only online currently. We will eventually grow into a space that will have exhibits and be open to the public in the future. If you would like to donate an office space, please contact us at (765)681-4480 or doug@muncierailroad.org
